Addison home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Addison rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 31.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Addison in July 2017.
