Naperville (DuPage County) home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Naperville in DuPage County fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 193 homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $348,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 197 homes sold in Naperville in July 2017.
