Medinah home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Medinah rose by $112,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 41.3% increase over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Medinah in July 2017.
