Hinsdale (DuPage County) home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Hinsdale in DuPage County fell by $216,000 while total sales increased by 51.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $909,000 - a 19.2% decrease over the $1,125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Hinsdale in July 2017.
