Burr Ridge (DuPage County) home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Burr Ridge in DuPage County fell by $74,018.50 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,981.50 - a 13.3% decrease over the $555,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Burr Ridge in December 2016.
