Hanover Park (DuPage County) home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Hanover Park in DuPage County rose by $6,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 27 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 4.8% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Hanover Park in January 2016, as well.
