Villa Park home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Villa Park fell by $18,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 9.7% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Villa Park in January 2016.
