Addison home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Addison fell by $40,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 24 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,000 - a 18.1% decrease over the $221,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Addison in January 2016, as well.
