Carol Stream home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Carol Stream rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Carol Stream in January 2016.
