Darien home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Darien fell by $34,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,500 - a 12.3% decrease over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Darien in January 2016.
