Bloomingdale home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Bloomingdale rose by $68,500 while total sales increased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $193,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Bloomingdale in January 2016.
