Friends for Keith Matune owes $2,950 in fines

The campaign committee Friends for Keith Matune owes a $500 fine imposed on Dec. 20, 2016, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $2,450 with Michael J. Bowker listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 23 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $136,584.23 in pending fines.
