How did Peter Breen spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Peter Breen's election campaign committee, Friends of Peter Breen, spent $8,675 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Breen's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,500) going to Joan M. Etten, LLC in Park Ridge. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Breen's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
