How did Christine Winger spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Christine Winger's election campaign committee, Winger for Rep, spent $1,103 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Winger's committee spent the most on job fair catering in the quarter, with all those payments ($358) going to Rosati's Pizza in Elk Grove. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Winger's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
