How did Robert (Bob) Berlin spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Robert (Bob) Berlin's election campaign committee, Citizens for Bob Berlin, spent $4,207 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Berlin's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,000) going to Barbara Skurka in Winfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Berlin's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
