Democratic Laura Ellman's election campaign committee, Ellman for IL Senate D21, spent $259 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Ellman's committee spent the most on credit card processing fees in the quarter, with all those payments ($259) going to ActBlue in Somerville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Ellman's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
