How did Evelyn Sanguinetti spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Evelyn Sanguinetti's election campaign committee, Evelyn for Illinois, spent $10,625 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Sanguinetti's committee spent the most on car insurance in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,669) going to Progressive Insurance in Atlanta. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Sanguinetti's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
