How did Frank De Simone spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Non partisan Frank De Simone's election campaign committee, Bensenville United Party, spent $12,117 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Simone's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($8,000) going to W!N Marketing in Addison. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Simone's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
