How did Christine Winger spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Christine Winger's election campaign committee, Winger for Rep, spent $5,545 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Winger's committee spent the most on inaugural lodging for staff and volunteers in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,332) going to Candlewood Suites in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Winger's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
