How did Stephen Swanson spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Stephen Swanson's election campaign committee, Vote Swanson 48, spent $4,056 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Swanson's committee spent the most on newspaper advertising in the quarter, with 44.9% of this total ($1,320) going to Shaw Suburban Media in Crystal Lake. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Swanson's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
