How did Tim Elliott spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Tim Elliott's election campaign committee, Friends of Tim Elliott, spent $15,781 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
