How did Linda Holmes spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Linda Holmes's election campaign committee, Citizens for Linda Holmes, spent $3,596 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Holmes's committee spent the most on return check chargeback in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,500) going to Bank of America in Tampa. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Holmes's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
