How did Tim Elliott spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Tim Elliott's election campaign committee, Friends of Tim Elliott, spent $11,308 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Elliott's committee spent the most on fund raising (food) in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,228) going to Glen Oak Country Club in Glen Ellyn. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Elliott's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
