a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF THE VILLAGE CODE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CLASS “D-1” LIQUOR LICENSES FOR TAQUERIA MEXICO 2000 LLC LOCATED AT 401 S. IRMEN DRIVE, UNIT A-B
At their meeting on February 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 3 of the Village Code to increase the number of Class “D-1” liquor licenses for Taqueria Mexico 2000 LLC. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 19th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE II CHAPTER 3 OF THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON CODE REGARDING LICENSE FEES AND CESSATION OF BUSINESS
At their meeting on February 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends certain provisions of Chapter 3 of the Village of Addison Code regarding license fees and cessation of business. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 19th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON FOR GAILE AND THOMAS DIGUIDO REGARDING THE PROPERTY AT 3N761 WOOD DALE ROAD, TO BE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 351 N. WOOD DALE ROAD
At their meeting on February 25th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which annexes the property at 3N761 Wood Dale Road to the Village. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR 1220 CAPITOL DRIVE AND 1224 CAPITOL DRIVE
At their meeting on February 25th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a plat of resubdivision for 1220 and 1224 Capitol Drive. The Committee recommended approval and waiver of second reading has been requested by Staff. The Attorney is asked to read the Ordinance.

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves the 2019 street maintenance program. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
