The campaign committee of House candidate Sean Casten, Casten For Congress, returned a $200 contribution from William G. Byrne on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor or because the contributors have already reached contribution limits. Here are some other contributions Byrne has made in the past 3 months to Sean Casten.
