A.Accept Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-03, approving a Rezoning, Special Use for Planned Unit Development, Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision, and other approvals for redevelopment of the Speedway gas station at the northwest corner of Batavia Road and Route 59.

B.Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-04, approving the adoption of the 2015 International Solar Energy Provisions and its Appendix U

C.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, and pass resolution R2019-05, repealing the existing agreement and approving a new Memorandum of Understanding with DU-COMM

D.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, and pass resolution R2019-06, approving the Local Agency Agreement for federal participation for the Mack Road Path and Bridge Replacement Project, which involves the cost sharing of $23,852 in federal funds and $81,409 in local funds for the preliminary engineering costs

E.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, and pass resolution R2019-07, endorsing the DMMC Municipal Legislative Positions and Priorities for the 2019 Legislative Session

F.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and direct staff to incorporate islands into the Warrenville Road Reconstruction Project on the east and west legs of the Mignin Drive intersection

G.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and authorize staff to advertise for bids for the 2019 Road Program and Warrenville Road Reconstruction Project prior to formal approval of the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget

H.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and direct staff to accelerate the water meter transmitter unit replacements from a five-year program to a three-year program

I.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and adopt the revised Military Leave policy, effective immediately, and direct staff to incorporate the revisions into the next Employee Personnel Manual update

J.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and adopt the Safety Committee policy, effective immediately
