Q3 real estate sales report: York Center

Median prices declined in York Center over last year, and are up 61 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 26 homes sold in York Center for a median price of $158,250. That's 3.9 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in York Center.
