Administrators in DuPage High School District 88 earn an average of $128,591 per year, ranking 83rd out of 864 districts in the state, according to a DuPage Policy Journal analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card.

The 2018 average is 11.1% higher than in 2014 and 11.1% lower than in 2009. District administrators make 19.9% more than the state average of $107,279.

Administrator salaries depend on the district's size, location and resources, as well as the individual's level of experience and education, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

The Dupage County school district enrolled 3947 students in 2017-18. There is an average of 165 students for every administrator, compared to a statewide ratio of 181 to 1.
