Report: Community Consolidated School District 89 spent $12,338 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Community Consolidated School District 89 is up 0.3 percent from five years ago, according to a DuPage Policy Journal analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Dupage County school district spent $12,297 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $12,338 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment rise over the same period, from 1972 to 2199.

Community Consolidated School District 89's spending in 2017-18 was 7.5 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
