Village of Itasca issued the following announcement on Dec. 28.
Over 200 new laws will take effect Jan. 1, 2019, in Illinois.
Lawmakers passed laws applying to rear facing child seats, hunters wearing blaze pink, a 72 hour waiting period for all firearms, required active shooter safety drills, pets safety and more.
