City of West Chicago issued the following announcement on Nov. 23.
The Western DuPage Chamber of Commerce is promoting a Shop Small social media campaign that is attracting attention for its many member businesses in West Chicago, as well as Winfield and Warrenville. The campaign ties in with a national effort coordinated every year by American Express to raise awareness for the importance of supporting local businesses throughout communities.
The Chamber has produced a series of short videos that highlight the participating businesses and has posted them to its Facebook page, www.facebook.com/WesternDuPageChamber.
