Indian Prairie Community Unit School District 204 issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
The Student Services Department has updated the special education procedures for use with students who qualify for services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act.
These procedures reflect the recommendations from the Illinois Council of School Attorneys and incorporate changes to the Illinois School Code and regulatory guidance.
The procedures can be accessed through this link below and are available for viewing at the Crouse Educational Center, Student Services Department.
The procedures are scheduled for approval by the Board of Education at the November 26, 2018 Board meeting.
