Foster wins 11th Congressional District race

Democrat Bill Foster has been declared the winner in the 11th Congressional District against Republican Nick Stella

With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Foster had 64percent of the vote with a total of 139,659 votes.

Stella received 36 percent of the vote with a total of 79,674 votes.
