This contract covers the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, for a contract total amount not to exceed $80,000.00. Contract let pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (State of Illinois) Master Contract #4018508.

2. JPS-P-0189-18 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Currie Motors, for the purchase of one (1) 2018 Ford Transit-250 Van-Forensic Investigation Vehicle and one (1) 2018 Ford Transit-350 Van-Transport Vehicle for the Sheriff's Office, for a contract total amount not to exceed $57,987.00, Per Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act" – NWMC Northwest Municipal Conference #152.

D. Technology - Wiley (Contingent upon parent committee approval)

1. Change Order -- TE-P-0162A-18 - Amendment to Resolution TE-P-0162-18 (County Contract 11000050), issued to Harris Corporation, to obtain 20ppm Point Cloud LiDAR data, for Information Technology - GIS Division, to increase the contract amount by $5,400.00 in order to obtain elevation models and contour lines, resulting in an amended contract total of $115,400.00, an increase of 4.91%.

2. TE-P-0190-18 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Episerver, Inc., for annual maintenance fees for Ektron CMS400 (Content Management System) Net Enterprise software, for website content management. This contract covers the period of May 24, 2018 through May 23, 2019 for Information Technology, for a contract total amount of $27,783.00, per 55 ILCS 5/5- 1022 (d) – IT/Telecom purchases under $35,000.00. This maintenance is for an existing product with no other support options.

3. TE-P-0191-18 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Titan Image Group to furnish & deliver printed business envelopes for DuPage County departments. This contract covers the period of August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019, for Information Technology, for a contract total amount of $27,750.00, and is subject to three (3) twelve (12) month renewals, per low bid #18-127-GV.

DT-P-0165-18 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., for Professional Preliminary (Phase I) Engineering Services for improvements along CH 20/Grand Avenue, from Lake Street to County Line Road, Section 17-00272-03-SP, for a contract total not to exceed $215,031.41; Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq.
