Village of Itasca issued the following announcement on June 12.
The Scottish invade Aye-tasca June 15 & 16 for the Scottish Festival and Highland Games.
The festival is held at Hamilton Lakes, Aye-tasca.
This family-friendly event is a chance to explore Scottish culture without buying a plane ticket.
The fest features an extravaganza of activities and attractions - from the Caber Toss to Highland Dancing to the Dogs of Scotland.
Plus, all proceeds benefit the Society, the oldest not-for-profit in Illinois.
