Gallery Theater, located at 129 Main Street, presents Love, Loss, and What I Wore by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron based on the book by Ilene Beckerman. The show is directed by Carol Townsend and stars Julie Brandon of Hoffman Estates, Nancy Braus of Shaumburg, Maureen Navadomskis of West Chicago, Gina Palmer of Lombard, and Tammy White of Lisle.
This series of monologues and ensemble pieces shares stories based on clothes and the memories specific outfits bring up. The stories cover all the important subjects—mothers, prom dresses, mothers, buying bras, mothers, hating purses and why we only wear black. Not JUST for women, the humorous and tender stories recalled in these pieces offer something for everyone.
