Graduates earn 9,808 degrees, certificates from Chamberlain University-Illinois

About 81.1 percent of the 9,808 degrees and certificates handed out by the Chamberlain University-Illinois in 2016-17 were to students in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Addison conferred 7080 bachelor's degrees and 870 master's degrees in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

Other popular programs include Family Practice Nurse/Nursing, Nursing Practice and Nursing Education.

The university enrolled 25,569 students for 2016-17, including 15,864 in undergraduate programs and 9,705 in graduate programs.
