a) Second Reading Of An Ordinance Amending The Village Code (Chapter 3) To Decrease The Number Of Class “D” Licenses (Addison Restaurant Services V, Inc. D/B/A La Hacienda De Los Fernandez)

At their meeting on June 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which decreases the number of class “D” liquor licenses for La Hacienda De Los Fernandez due to a change in ownership. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the Village Board meeting on June 19th. Second reading is requested.

b) Second Reading Of An Ordinance Amending The Village Code (Chapter 3) To Increase The Number Of Class “D” Licenses (La Hacienda 1571 Inc. D/B/A La Hacienda De Los Fernandez)

At their meeting on June 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which increases the number of class “D” liquor licenses for La Hacienda De Los Fernandez due to a change in ownership. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the Village Board meeting on June 19th. Second reading is requested.

At their meeting on June 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a PUD Plat of Resubdivision for Clarendale of Addison Senior Living at 1651 W. Lake Street. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

h) First Reading Of An Ordinance Approving A Special Use For A Planned Unit Development With Exceptions For 1651 W. Lake Street And Rezoning The Property To R4 Multiple-Family Residence District (Clarendale Of Addison Senior Living)

At their meeting on June 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a special use for a Planned Unit Development with exceptions for 1651 W. Lake Street and also rezoning the property to R4. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.
