A. DC-P-0123-17 Recommendation for approval of a contract purchase order to MSGOVERN, for annual software maintenance and support services, as needed, for the period April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018, for Building & Zoning @ $16,746.98, Division of Transportation @ $7,368.67, Stormwater Management @ $6,028.91, and Public Works @ $3,349.40, for a contract total amount not to exceed $33,493.96; Per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 "Competitive Bids" (c) not suitable for competitive bids -Sole Source.

B. DC-O-0014-17 Ordinance -- Z16-057-KLS: The ZHO recommended to approve the following zoning relief: A Variation to increase the height of a telecommunications tower from 200 feet to approximately350 feet. (Naperville/ Dist. 5) ZHO Recommendation to Approve: Yes

C. DC-O-0015-17 Ordinance -- Z17-005-GAIBU: The Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation to approve the following zoning relief; A variation to increase the height of a fence within the front yard 30 foot setback from 4 feet to approximately 6 feet. (Downers Grove/Dist. 3) ZBA Vote to Approve: 7 Ayes 0 Nays

D. DC-R-0219-17 Resolution -- Recommendation to approve a Resolution Authorizing the County of DuPage's Participation in Illinois Housing Development Authority Abandoned Property Municipal Relief Program and the Acceptance of the Funding Agreement Between the County of DuPage and the Illinois Housing Development Authority #APP 51271 in the Amount of $250,000

E. Amendment -- Recommendation to Approve DC-0001A-12, the First Amendment to RESOLUTION #DC-0001-12, an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the College of DuPage No. 502, The County of DuPage and the Village of Glen Ellyn, for the Transfer of Certain Regulatory Control over the College of DuPage Campus, Glen Ellyn, Illinois
