1. Consideration of an Ordinance Updating and Amending the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics and Deletion of the Organization Chart in the Police Department's Rules and Regulations
2. Ordinance Amending Section 3-3-5 of the Bensenville Village Code – Liquor Regulations – to Increase the Number of Class E1 Liquor Licenses from 9 to 10
The applicant has indicated their willingness to submit a letter to the Village stating that they will not be applying for a video gaming license from the State of Illinois for at least a period of two years. At the time of this publication, that letter has not been reviewed by staff.
