Chicago Parts and Sound LLC, to furnish and deliver Ford and Motorcraft Auto and

Light Truck Parts, as needed for the Division of Transportation, to increase the funding in

the amount of $20,000.00, resulting in an amended contract total amount of $49,750.00,

an increase of 67.23%
