B) Planning, Zoning and Environmental

1) Discussion of Ordinance Amending Title IV Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Bloomingdale – Alcoholic Beverages.

2) Discussion of Finding of Fact for Grandbrier Assisted Living – Amendment to Ordinance No. 76-85, Preliminary Subdivision and Site Plan Approval, Special Uses for a Planned Development and a Geriatric Facility, with Exceptions, and Revisions to the Old Town Boundaries. PC Case No. 2017-103.

3) Discussion of Finding of Fact for Sola Salon – Amendment to Ordinance No. 89-07, with Parking Exceptions. PC Case No. 2017-102.

4) Discussion of Finding of Fact for ToPlay VR (Virtual Reality) – Special Use to allow for the expansion of the existing virtual reality use to operate additional amusement devices. PC Case No. 2017-106.
