Here is the agenda as provided by the Committee:

1. Call to order A. Please turn all beepers, pagers and cell phones "off" or to "vibrate" during the meeting

4. Public comment A. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person, at the beginning of the meeting. Any comment on Zoning items must be limited to discussion of testimony and/or evidence presented in the Zoning Board of Appeals. No new testimony or evidence can be presented. 

5. Approval of minutes A. Development Committee - Regular Meeting - Tuesday December 6th, 2016 

6. Schedule of claims A. Payment of Claims -- Schedule of Claims 

7. Regulatory services A. Change Order -- Amendment to County Contract 1615-0001SERV, issued to HOV Services, for professional scanning services for building & zoning permit files, for the Building & Zoning department, to extend the expiration date to January 31, 2017 and to increase the encumbrance in the amount of $5,000.00, resulting in an amended contract total not to exceed $21,000.00, an increase of 31.25%.

B. DC-O-0010-17 ORDINANCE -- Z16-051-McMahon: The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended to approve the following zoning relief: 1. Conditional Use for a Planned Development. 2. To Re-Zone Lots 2, 3, and 6 from R-4 Single Family Residential to B-2 General Business. 3. A Conditional Use for mini-mart in conjunction with outside display of propane and seasonal items. 4. A conditional use for automobile service. 5. A Conditional Use for automobile laundry. 6. A Variation to increase the maximum allowable area for one freestanding pole sign. from 50 sq. ft. to 100 sq. ft. 7. A Variation to increase the height for one freestanding pole sign from 20 ft. to 35 ft. (Milton Township/District 4) ZBA vote to approve: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays C. DC-O-0006-17 ORDINANCE -- Z16-030-CTM III, LLC.: The Zoning Board of Appeals considered the following zoning relief: A conditional use to allow outdoor storage of scrap metal and vehicles/cranes and trailers related thereto. (Bloomingdale Township/District 1) ZBA vote to approve: 2 Ayes, 3 Nays, 1 Abstain, 1 Recusal (Motion to approve fails).
