Change Order -- Amendment to County Contract 1615-0001SERV, issued to HOV Services, for professional scanning services for building & zoning permit files, for the Building & Zoning department, to extend the expiration date to January 31, 2017 and to increase the encumbrance in the amount of $5,000.00, resulting in an amended contract total not to exceed $21,000.00, an increase of 31.25%.
B. DC-O-0010-17 ORDINANCE -- Z16-051-McMahon: The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended to approve the following zoning relief: 1. Conditional Use for a Planned Development. 2. To Re-Zone Lots 2, 3, and 6 from R-4 Single Family Residential to B-2 General Business. 3. A Conditional Use for mini-mart in conjunction with outside display of propane and seasonal items. 4. A conditional use for automobile service. 5. A Conditional Use for automobile laundry. 6. A Variation to increase the maximum allowable area for one freestanding pole sign. from 50 sq. ft. to 100 sq. ft. 7. A Variation to increase the height for one freestanding pole sign from 20 ft. to 35 ft. (Milton Township/District 4) ZBA vote to approve: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays C. DC-O-0006-17 ORDINANCE -- Z16-030-CTM III, LLC.: The Zoning Board of Appeals considered the following zoning relief: A conditional use to allow outdoor storage of scrap metal and vehicles/cranes and trailers related thereto. (Bloomingdale Township/District 1) ZBA vote to approve: 2 Ayes, 3 Nays, 1 Abstain, 1 Recusal (Motion to approve fails).
