5. Consent items 

A. Consent Item -- Tallgrass Restoration - 1314 SERV - Decrease/Close 

B. Consent Item -- AT&T Mobility - 2028 SERV - Contract Decrease 

6. Action items 

A. Budget Transfers -- FY16 - $4,200.00 from 1500-3520-53380 (REPAIR & MTCE AUTO EQUIPMENT) to 1500-3510-53320 (REPAIR & MTCE ROADS) to cover deficit in Repair/Maintenance Roads for Fleet 

B. 2017-31 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Bentley Systems, Inc., to provide Professional Roadway Engineering Design Live Training for the Division of Transportation, for a contract total not to exceed $12,000.00; exempt from bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 (c) not suitable for competitive bids - Sole Source 

C. DT-P-0022-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to DLZ Illinois, Inc., for Traffic Signal Design Engineering for the Division of Transportation, Section 17-TSENG-00-EG, for a contract total not to exceed $250,000.00; Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq. 

D. DT-R-0131-17 RESOLUTION -- Grant Agreement between the County of DuPage and the State of Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to convert four (4) trucks to operate on compressed natural gas (County to be reimburse 50%; $20,600.00)

E. DT-CO-0130-17 Amendment to County contract 2093 SERV, issued to Verizon Wireless, for cellular/wireless services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, to increase the funding in the amount of $32,100.00, resulting in an amended contract total amount of $42,600.00, an increase of 305.71% (Division of Transportation to be credited $9,700.00) 

F. Action Item -- DT-R-0166A-16 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0166-16, issued to Plote Construction, Inc., for the Wayne Township Road District 2016 Road Maintenance Program, Section 16-07000-01-GM, to decrease the funding in the amount of $41,563.18, resulting in a final Township cost of $290,229.84, a decrease of 12.53%
