A. Action Item -- FM-P-0197A-16 – AMENDMENT to Resolution FM-P-0197-16, issued to Allied Waterproofing, Inc., to provide all labor and materials necessary for the 479 and 509 parking structure deck joint sealing repair, for Facilities Management, for a change order to extend the contract to November 30, 2017 and increase the contract in the amount of $65,000.00, resulting in a new contract total amount not to exceed $242,970.56, an increase of 36.52%.
