Action Item -- Recommendation for approval of a HOME Investment Partnership Program Agreement Modification, second time extension between DuPage County and Bridge Communities, Project Number HM15-05 Scattered Site Rehabilitation rehab of 26 rental units in 4 separate properties, extending the agreement through July 31, 2017.

B. Action Item -- Recommendation for adoption of the Tenant Based Rental Assistance Policy Revisions.
