M. Action Item -- DT-P-0106A-16 – Amendment to Resolution DT-P-0106-16, issued to Ozinga Ready Mix Concrete, Inc., to furnish and deliver Portland Cement Concrete, as needed for the Division of Transportation, to increase the funding in the amount of $5,000.00, resulting in an amended contract total amount of $30,000.00, an increase of 20.00%
N. Action Item -- DT-036A-95 – Amendment to Resolution DT-036-95, Providing
Negotiation Authority for Right-of-Way Acquisitions
O. Action Item -- DT-R-0006B-14 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0006A-14, Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Naperville Township Road District, for mowing along County roads and rights-of-way, to decrease the funding in the amount of $23,264.00, resulting in a final County cost of $221,008.00, a decrease of 9.52%
P. Action Item -- DT-R-0056B-14 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0056A-14, Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Village of Glendale Heights, for mowing along County roads and rights-of-way, to decrease the funding in the amount of $2,294.00, resulting in a final County cost of $45,880.00, a decrease of 4.76%
Q. Action Item -- DT-0005A-12 – Amendment to Resolution DT-0005-12, Local Agency Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Illinois Department of Transportation, for traffic signal interconnection along CH 21/Geneva Road, from Schmale Road to St. Charles Road; CH 7/St. Charles Road, from Geneva Road to Swift Road; and CH 5/Glen Ellyn Road, from Army Trail Road to Armitage Avenue, Section 09-00206-08-TL, to decrease the funding in the amount of $24,987.04, resulting in a final County cost of $171,811.96, a decrease of 12.70%
