1. A parking setback in the street yard along Campbell Street of 10 feet instead of the required 30 feet.
2. A parking setback in the rear yard (west) of 6 feet instead of the required 10 feet.
3. A parking setback in the transitional side yard (south) of 1 foot instead of the required 15 feet.
