Commission Members Present: Mary Ann Diggory, Kent Gallagher, Carolyn Hill, Doug Holzrichter , Alexia Monaco, Jan Schmuckal, Dana Teichart, Trish Tkach and Tim Vetang

Also in Attendance: Jamie Heflin, City of Geneva

1. Call to Order:

Mr. Vetang called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm.

2. Amendments to Agenda

Will stand as presented.

3. Approve Minutes – September 1, 2016

Motion to approve the September 1, 2016 minutes was made by Ms. Schmuckal and seconded by Mr. Gallagher.

Motion passed.

4. Review Financial Reports

Financials were reviewed and accepted.

Sub-committee chairperson will report on their revenues and expenses

Final month of preview display by Jan Schmuckal

Tickets on sale

A wonderful meal is being planned by Chef Potter

b. Report on Steeple Walk – Kent

Venue is complete

Unitarian: Elena Spiegel, violin; Patricia Arzaga, piano

CS: Tim Lockman, guitar/vocalist

e. Business Plan – Doug

Reviewed and discussed business plan draft with questions and comments from commissioners.

f. Commissioner Comments & Events

Ms. Schmuckal reported on Bus Stop Art: Students will submit artwork the end of November. Murals will be installed in March 2017.

Mr. Vetang: Winners of Art on Fire will be announced on October 10, 2016

Ms. Monaco: Bike Rack dedication was very nice
