Naperville Public Utilities Advisory Board met July 21.

Absent: Warren Green, Chair; John Krummen, Councilman; Lewis Dibert,
Staff Present: Mark Curran, Jim Holzapfel, Olga Geynisman, Amy Ries, Maher Diab,
Donna DeFalco, Melanie Mazurski.
B. Minutes
The minutes of May 19, 2016 were tabled for approval until September 15, 2016 (next meeting). Anders Gilchrist requested that the minutes being posted to the City’s website should read “Unofficial” until approved by the Board. It was agreed that the minutes will not be posted until they become approved.
C. New Business Financial Report – Electric
Mark Curran gave an overview of Electric’s finances. Some topics discussed were Purchase Power and Peak Demand, Electric Purchased Power Adjustment, and ComEd’s Purchased Electricity Charges for June 2016-May 2017.
Financial Report-Water
Jim Holzapfel gave an overview of Water’s finances. Some topics discussed were Water Cost-of-Service Rate and Fee Study Update, Springbrook Water Reclamation Center Permit Update, USEPA Inspection Results, and the DuPage Water Commission Rate Decrease.
